Maggie L. Stewart Hotchkiss
Maggie Stewart Hotchkiss has over 20 years of experience counseling and representing individuals and organizations in a wide variety of legal matters. Maggie handles all aspects of litigation including bench and jury trials and alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Her experience is wide-ranging and includes labor and employment law, medical malpractice, complex personal injury, and other areas of civil litigation. She has worked with several firms and non-profit organizations prior to joining Hotchkiss Hoffecker Peacock, including years of experience with one of the nation’s largest independent labor unions representing over 150,000 federal employees.
