Paul Hotchkiss has been practicing law since 2002 and, since 2014, has focused his practice primarily on representing individuals and their families who have been injured because of medical negligence. Paul’s wide-ranging experience, including clerkships with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and many years with two of Atlanta’s leading defense firms, has allowed him to maintain a broad scope of practice, including handling claims for personal injury and wrongful death, premises liability, and police misconduct/excessive use of force.
